1. About Benefits Asia
- Benefits Asia is an employee benefits platform that connects employers, employees, healthcare providers, clinics, and related partners.
- The platform facilitates employee outpatient benefits, cashless medical access, claims administration, appointment coordination, and related healthcare benefit services.
- Benefits Asia does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for professional healthcare services.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or have authorisation from your employer or legal guardian to use our services.
- By using the platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity and authority to do so.
- Employers are responsible for ensuring that employee information submitted to the platform is accurate and authorised.
3. Employee Benefits and Medical Access
- Access to outpatient and cashless medical benefits is subject to the employee’s eligibility, employer benefit plan, panel clinic participation, and applicable limits.
- Benefits Asia reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny transactions that fall outside approved benefit coverage.
- Clinics and healthcare providers are independently operated and are solely responsible for the medical services rendered.
- Medical coverage, claim limits, exclusions, and approvals are subject to the terms set by the employer, insurer, or benefit provider.
4. Access and Use
- Access to the Benefits Asia platform is subject to compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and account information.
- We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, unauthorised activity, or breach of these Terms.
5. User Conduct
- You agree not to use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purposes.
- You agree not to misuse medical benefit entitlements or submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
- You agree not to interfere with the security, integrity, or functionality of the platform or related systems.
6. Data Sources
- Contains information from Listing of Registered Therapeutic Products accessed on 08/06/2026 from Data.gov.sg, which is made available under the terms of the Singapore Open Data Licence version 1.0.
- Contains information from Approved Pharmaceutical Products accessed on 08/06/2026 from Data.gov.my, which is made available under the terms of the Terms of Use of Government Open Data 1.0.
7. Personal Data and Privacy
- By using the platform, you consent to the collection, use, processing, and disclosure of personal and healthcare-related information as necessary to provide the services.
- Benefits Asia will take reasonable measures to protect personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- Users acknowledge that certain information may be shared with employers, insurers, clinics, healthcare providers, and service partners for benefit administration and claims processing purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Benefits Asia is not liable for any medical advice, treatment, diagnosis, or healthcare services provided by third-party clinics or healthcare providers.
- We are not responsible for delays, claim rejections, coverage disputes, or service interruptions caused by third parties, employers, insurers, clinics, or healthcare providers.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Benefits Asia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or services.
9. Modifications
- We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
- Updated Terms will be posted on the platform with the revised effective date.
- Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
